This may involve regular progress updates, the use of project management tools, and the availability of team members for questions and concerns. A good digital marketing agency should stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in the industry in order to provide the best possible service to their clients. This may involve attending industry events and conferences, staying active in online marketing communities, and continuing education and training. Jeff Turnbow not only attends these conferences but is in high demand to SPEAK at these conferences. This allows him to provide his experience and skill to others but also absorb the latest in marketing and sales tactics - what works - what doesn't - what's changing soon.
